My weight goes up and down like a yo yo due to missing and skipping meals. All because I get lost in my PC.. Shocked

Actually, this place is really just meant to be a basic resource for other Aardvark sites. The place you're posting in right now is meant for questions relating to http://www.aardvarktracking.net
